Liked: Did the service for a reasonable price. Didn't like: going in for a cheapo service getting hit with a list of "things you need to do" that topped $800. Like, no. I'll go to the indie repair shop and get it all done for $200. I really don't appreciate the surprise $800 "bill" being dropped on my head.

Overall, a pleasant experience. I trust Gullo to perform the required and/or desired services correctly. On a mildly negative note, I sense an up-sale strategy with the service advisors as one can always expect them to recommend additional service items, some of which seen unnecessary and are always costly.

The service crew turned on driver assist after it was turned off at spring Gullo at my request. The crew played around with the car play. I have not set it up and sometimes it makes sounds. I did not want any of these things touched and they should not have messed with these. I'm considering going back to spring Gullo.

I no longer own a Toyota, but I will always take my vehicle to Gullo. The team of advisors are wonderful and they never try to upsell you on anything that is not needed. The atmosphere is calm and welcoming. The level of work is outstanding and the staff is very friendly.

This particular dealership is not transparent and tries to add services for a new, low mile vehicle, under the guise of "helping you". They will also not provided services agreed upon for the appointment while making you wait. 3 hours for an oil and wiper change with an appointment at opening time is unacceptable.

I went in for a oil change and alignment and came out with nothing done not even tires aired. While waiting they tried to get me to buy a air and engine air filters that were perfectly fine with one tiny big in one. Also tried to sell me wipers when mine are perfectly fine? Seem to want to sell and not help was a disappointment except for the desk guy that handled my case. He was on point and professional.

Service is always on time and efficient. I was in for tire rotation and brake fluid change. It was done in a timely manner and staff were friendly and efficient. Enjoyed the popcorn while I waited. The only thing I'd mention is I felt the cost for brake flush was higher than places like Jiffy Lube etc.

Great service on the day of my visit and 2 days later when I had my windshield replaced. All very good. The service Department was supposed to order a new roof antenna cover for my vehicle but its been 3 weeks now and I haven't heard back if the part arrived or not.

I did not stay for the service. I was given a timeline of 1.5 hours for a simple service and tire rotation. I went to a different service provider and was in and out in less than 30 minutes. The service advisor seems unconcerned when I told him that I did not have that much time and I might just go somewhere else. He said that was up to me, which definitely made up my mind to business elsewhere.

They didn't give me any information and after 1 hour if I didn't ask, they didn't tell me anything. Afterwards, they kept my car for 3 days and didn't offer to give me another one so I could get around. Then, the day they delivered it, I had to ask and ask why they didn't give me any information. I don't think I'll buy another Toyota again since I bought it. I haven't had good experiences, nor would I recommend them.

The multi point inspection did not reveal a gullo Toyota installed stripped bolt at front under carriage cover, this bolt was replaced by them , and for unknown reason was removed and stripped while installed,,,, they are the only ones who service my vehicle. I comment on this to them via a review ,,, nobody contacted me about this issue,,, on the good side customer service at front was just fine

They took care of the service request of rotating the tires but I had a blowout 3 days later. It could have caused me to have an accident. My car only had 24k miles. They should have said if there was to much wear somewhere in the tire. Tires on a new car should last longer than that. Purchased January 2023.

Took almost 2 hours for an oil change and tire rotation. Next day, I was driving out of town and tried to clean the windshield. Fluid dry as a bone. Said on the maintenance sheet that they checked and filled it. WRONG! Did they even check anything? Did they actually change my oil? I'll never know, and I'll never go back.
