It took 3 visits and over 6 weeks to repair the heater motor! I have had it with Toyota and the BS I have been happy with Toyota for about 20 years until now. I have always been able to change lease vehicles without down payment and this time they wanted $6-8,000 to trade into another Rav 4! Ridiculous I got a lot more for the money at Honda and couldn't be happier after being treated like a stranger at Gullo

The prices were high, and they refused to honor the coupons. On top of that, the service technicians mishandled the fire extinguisherthey broke the loop seal, pulled the pin, made it go off and ruined it. I was then told there was nothing they could do about it.

I took my car in for a problem. I needed a new alternator. When I picked it up, the engine light was on. I took it back and they charged me around $500 because some cap was off. There was no engine light when I brought it in. This has been our service center for like 20 years. Never again.

After service appointment the protective cover under car came off while driving and we ended up having to cut it off. We called Toyota to discuss issue and ensure we can have new cover installed, but they did not return phone call. We have booked appointment to have it looked at, but overall disappointed about response.

I don't like that they try to sell me maintenance that I don't really need. I don't trust what they say because I realize they are trying to make money. I am nearly 80 but I'm not stupid and I'm not rich. Also, the maintenance is overpriced. I can have it done elsewhere for less.

There service and Spencer are fantastic. However there 3%charge just for doing business with them and using my credit card is RIDICULOUS! I pay by credit card for security and choose not to use cash or debit card for safety reasons. They punish me for that! This 3% is part of the business overhead. I am not happy! If they keep it up I may look for a New Car Service place!

Average service. Convenient shuttle service. Evident focus on selling services that your car might not need yet and recovery the credit card fee, but they forgot to perform the complimentary car wash they advertise. Found grease spot in passenger seat when returned.

Easy online scheduling that offered flexible appointments. I saw my service advisor right away and was given an accurate estimate of what my wait time would be. The waiting area hostess went around offering complimentary water, drinks, and popcorn, and the service advisor made sure that my coupon for my Prius's oil change and tire rotation was honored by the cashier. Great service all around!

They're kind and do a great job but wait was long. Despite having an appointment at 1pm I was still there for a solid 2 hours for a simple oil ch age and tore rotation. Thankfully I had plenty of time to get to my kids at school but it was cutting it close.

I was promised a loader car and expected it would be at no charge. What I got was a rental car with a $40 charge for the 6 hours I had it during which I drove home and back. I was recouping from surgery and did not want to sit in the waiting room that long. Also, I was not happy to see at the cashier's counter a charge for using my credit card. It used to be a hustle to pay with a check, so I did not have my checkbook with me.

I love to bring my Camry into Gullo Toyota. I always feel like I am family. Matt was my advisor this time and though it was for a routine oil change and tire rotation under warranty he made me feel very welcomed. He is very kind and a good asset to your company. It's funny, you can't get a lot of customer service anywhere anymore, but you will get it at Gullo.
