My advisor Jade was awesome. Since having my car serviced, I've noticed the a/c is not performing as I expected, it seems as if it may be low in Freon, the bill was to expensive to be experiencing this so soon, my trip to the service center is over 40 miles.

What I didn't like about Grubb.The service department is extremely hard to get in contact with to speak to a service representative. Once you get in contact with them, they're horrible at getting back with you about your questions about your car. Service representative Jose Fernandez has not gotten back to my question about my car for over three weeks and counting..

My Service Advisor, Luke Snowden, was great. He keep me informed with the progress of the car and had the car technician perform a certified multi-point vehicle inspection. He pointed out some items that needed imediately attention and some other things that could wait until my next service appointment. I highly recommend Luke and Grubbs Infiniti.

Service Advisor was very rude. Told me I needed things for my car and it was "critical". Took my car to another shop and they said they recommended somethings but nothing was critical. I was also told my check engine light was on because I needed a transmission flush but turns out I had a faulty air intake sensor. Also took 6 hours for an oil change. Go somewhere else

Jade is delightful, smart, professional, and a good communicator. Even with a few part issues, she kept me informed and updated. Let's face it..,.the dealers are a bit more expensive but I always know they will do the work right and use the best parts. It is worth a little more. Great job!

This was my first time coming in for service after purchasing my vehicle. I brought my car in to have the scheduled oil change. I was pleased with the customer service Jade. She was very professional and made my feel appreciated. The service didn't take as long as the time I was initially told, which was great for me. I was pleasantly surprised to see my car had been washed and cleaned inside as well.

My heater stopped working. I checked my coolant resevoir and it was empty so I filled it up. 7-10 days later I checked it again and it was empty again. I took the car to Grubbs infiniti. They said they found evidence of a leak and not bad enough to be covered under warranty so I needed to drive the car around until it got worse. Car was not repaired.

Being told services need completed some marked as critical that are either ok or were just recently done by them. This has happened multiple times now. Sparkplugs are almost $800, was just done around 100k miles. Being told they needed done also. Their system doesn't seem to account for recent services performed.

My car has been in and out of Grubbs servicing department over 5 times with in the last 3 months for the same issue and its still in the shop as i type this message. The service department has been unable to repair this car. But they have been very nice about providing me a loaner car. Praying for resolution in this matter!

It's unfortunate for me to say my last experience was horrible. The past two experiences. I took my car for a noise in August while under warranty. They had the car two weeks. Took it back for the same prob and then they tried to charge me $400 after the warranty was out. Mysteriously they located the problem. The service manager resolved the issue. Wasn't a good experience.
