Subaru always does a great job with our vehicles and their service is always great. Kne thingbI do not like, is that they change the setting on our lights and do not put them back to my original settings. I usually don't realize until night driving and I notice my lights are not on, since I leave them on automatic and the dealership leaves them off.

Fast prompt assistance in the Service Department. Service Advisor Saloum Bouchaaya was very attentive, kept me updated on the status of my vehicle, and, he took the time to answer all my questions. The only thing I would like to see improve is the wait time. I had made an appointment and the wait was still longer than expected.

Car was leaking oil from last visit. When we arrived, Hector greeted us and we explained and he said they would rack it ti figure it out. Both Hector and Gilbert worked with us to resolve issue. The front office is outstanding. However, the technicians need to get retrained and know how disruptive it is to customer when they do something incorrect. Would have been 5 stars if it were not for oil leak.

We got a low tire pressure alert and was concerned about it. Your rep inspected the tire and insured us the tire did not have a leak. He said he could go further into the stem but we declined since we were traveling and had hotels already set up on a schedule.
