I scheduled an appointment with my regular service guy, he got me in and out. Everything checked out car looked just as nice coming out as it did going in. I care a lot about how well my vehicle is taken care of and my service writer makes sure it straight every visit. Everyone is very professional, knowledgeable and caring.

Overall, it was a great service for my truck. Although, I thought my washer fluid was on the list of fluids to be checked my the technician , but it wasn't checked because it ran out the next day after my service. Maybe that fluid isn't on the list and I hope the others were checked accordingly.

The dealerships customer service is by far the worst in the area. Was essentially being lied to until I reached out to GM corporate and they talked with the dealership then magically my truck was fixed the next day. The only problem was it wasn't, it began to smoke and the coolant began boiling. When I reached back out they say it was normal and it is safe to drive. Wish I was able to give less stars.

I left my 2021 Silverado with them for a week and nothing was done to it. I'm still getting a buck when I take off, I suspected transmission but I'm not sure. Also I have a broken bed cover that needs the maker to replace, it was purchased through a GM dealership. Michael the service rep refused to contact the vendor of the bed cover even after I got the lady on the phone. I will not take my vehicle back there.
