Lukewarm service writers, at best. Then they send you an text asking to get the best rating possible.
When I made my appointment I confirmed that they had the parts in stock and then when I got there, I was told I had to come back because they had to order the parts. This was for a factory recall for a safety defect. They wasted a lot of my time and were kind of rude about it.

SERVICE ADVISOR TRYED TO HELP ME ANYWAY SHE COULD. SHE WAS GREAT BUT DEALER/GM MAKE IT VERY DIFFICULT AND TRY TO AVOID RESPONSABILITY AS FAR AS WARRANTY CLAIMS.
SILVERADO WITH 15,000 MILES (FIFTEEN THOUSAND) AND WAS TOLD TORQUE CONVERTER NEEDED TO BE REPLACED BECAUSE OF PRODUCTION ISSUES BY CHEVROLET. CHEVROLET DENIES ANY PROBLEMS EVEN THERE IS A ONGOING COLLECTIVE LAWSAUIT GOING.

I didn't like I had to wait for almost 4 hours on an oil change with tire rotation. The having an appt doesn't mean anything at all precise time cause you'll end up waiting forever .. the just checking in is what it means for an appt then it defeats the purpose. Missed a graduation I had to attend due to this mishap. Hopefully it will get better organized in the future

Wait to be acknowledged, wait all day for an oil change tire rotation, wait for a call/text when ready oh wait- that never happened. Wait again to be acknowledged and wait some more to get the bill right.
NOT WORTH THE WAIT. terrible service, non- existent communication. Absolutely NO stars even though one had to be clucked just to submit.

I went in for an oil and filter change. I had a coupon for it. It did not mention a tire rotation. Which I do appreciate it but they could have notified me they were doing on at no charge and they could have reset the tpms. They didn't and I had to find out when i got home and one of my tires was low. That is when I found out it was rotated and not resetting the tpms.

We had an appointment at 9 and when we got there they said they were 5 hrs behind and it doesn't matter that I had an appointment. Then it DID take 5+ hrs to get when we took our other car (was to be done there) to castroville Chevy and they got us in right away and done in 2 hrs. Absolutely will not go back there.

Service was good and there are no issues after repairs. However, their customer service and answering phones is almost non existent. Text messaging through their system helps but is not very responsive. I would recommend Freedom Chevrolet for repairs again, however, be aware their customer service is lacking.

Bought a Truck that the key fobs could not be found at another dealership, so they sent me To Freedom Chevrolet to have the Fobs made. I was directed to speak with Justin. I talked to Justin and he explained to me the process that he would take care of it all, and he did. The New key fob arrived Justin contacted me and when I arrived it took 20 minutes to program to my truck and I was on my way.

I took my truck in for two serious problems and one minor problem. My serious problems could not be handled for two days despite my having an appointment. Why leave me without a car for an extra day? The work on my serious issues seems to be good quality. HOWEVER, my minor problem which could have been handled during the wait was never addressed because the tech "forgot to look at that."

I scheduled an oil change with my vehicle and no other services. Told initially with appointment it would take one and a half hours. It then became 4 hours which then became 8 hours for an oil change.
Additionally when my wife went to drop off the car she told me she stood in the service advisor area and no one would acknowledge her or offer to help. Same thing happened when i went to pick up the vehicle.
