What I did not like is getting contacted it was time for tire rotation I bought my tires from you had everything done was supposed to get free tire rotations did not get free had to pay was not told that ahead of time.

Have a coolant leak since the day I bought it. After 6 visits, still leaking. Im going to a different mechanic. Grote obviously doesn't know, or doesn't care. Maybe both.

Oil change & tire rotation was good but my vehicle didn't get vacuumed & the place they provide to wash vehicle is known for bad service so my vehicle only got rinsed off I wasn't going to let them take it there
