Cons:
Didn't get a service completion notification. Expected lower cost of service than a traditional dealer, but with a 15% discount an oil/filter change was over $110+for synthetic oil.

Not much to like on this go round. By the website, I requested an appointment and an estimate of the cost of the maintenance. They acknowledged the requests, but they responded to neither. Nonetheless, I took it in. It took over two days to do a tune-up, oil change, cabin filter change and a brake job. The cost was $1718 which seemed very high to me. The car idles rough now, so I am probably going to have to take it back in.

Went in for low pressure on a tire - a nail was found in the tread. The service tech completely missed the plug of the hole during and Greystone sent me on my way as if it had been repaired. Later that afternoon I had an almost flat tire and took it to the local Ford dealership who correctly repaired with no issue.

Saving me money until the next service.

Called before arriving and was told I could come in before 4:30 and get an alignment. Excellent customer service and price given was great bc they were recommended from having a Costco Membership, so I got a price I was happy with in comparison to phone shopping other places. I will definitely go back for any car needs to be taken care of.
