Horrible experience with manager. I used to get my cars serviced at this shop for years. I understand it was bought by another company. Customer service went downhill. Manager didn't even realized my car was waiting for 2 days to get serviced. In the end manager decided he wouldn't work on my car, informed him my car wasn't safe to drive but didn't care. Found a much better garage to get my car serviced.

I like that they had coupons for the services that I needed to have done giving me a nice discount. Ramon, the manager of the facility is a super informed about all vehicles.
I also appreciate that they provide an Uber home and back while my vehicle is being serviced

We have used this location since we moved five years ago. What used to be a mom and Pop trustworthy feel has turned more into a high-pressure upsell feel. Still great people that do great work but we just feel we get up sold. each time we step on the property.

Great service as always! Just disappointed in the fact the same day my service was completed a discounted ad for the services I received came out literally 2 hours after I picked up my car via an email. Could have had some serious savings on services that cost me over 1k.

I went in to talk about a leak Possibly around my radiator and got quoted.They told me I needed to replace the radiator it and it was gonna cost me $1400 or more. Then I took it to to riches auto and they replaced two hoses and the cost was only $380.00

Both Car batteries died the same day. Luckily I have a charger. I called Paul, he installed a new battery in one car and I was on my way in minutes. The other car will be taken care of later today. That's service, you don't see that often these days. Thank you.

I've been going to this place for a couple of yrs now & they're amazing, trustworthy & always do a great job for my 2 cars. The reapair costs are reasonable compared to dealer's price and can't say enough good words to Brad, the mgr, he is very knowledgable, honest and accomodating. Will recommend this place.
