Service on the vehicle was fine. I was told it could take overnight, even though I delivered the vehicle at 7am. That was fine. But when the next day was about over I phoned for an update. No reply. That is unprofessional. The next day, mid da, another call. No reply. I finally received a text that afternoon my vehicle was ready. Never again! It will be interesting if anyone contacts me.

All three service appointments we have had there were bad experiences. Bad attitudes from multiple employees, bad at keeping their appointments, and do not seem like they want to be at work or help anybody. I am not one to complain or leave reviews, but I am just trying to save others from having to go to this dealership.

Robert was again outstanding and has great customer service! "New kid" couldn't find my truck, then couldn't start my truck...he had the wrong key. Receptionist tried to expedite my trucks return, she alerted Robert and he personally went out and brought my truck out front. The Extra effort from both of them was greatly appreciated, as I had waited quite a while. Thank you both.

If I could give "0" stars I would. We will NEVER buy another vehicle from this dealership ever again. Worst service department with the worst customer service I have ever seen. My truck sat there for "43" days being fixed and my wife's jeep is in there for the third time this month getting the same issues worked on. Please call me so I can discuss this dealership with you in person. Literally too much to discuss over a email.

My vehicle is now junk because of this last oil change. They left or forgot to follow procedure on a simple oil change. Now my engine lost the oil and makes a noise smells of burnt oil in my cab I was stuck in the cab in traffic with it full of smoke and nowhere to run. I haven't heard back from them it's been week. They have no harts.

Checked my Ram 3500 for an emissions recall I received, right on time. Excellent that they protect my vehicles with plastic sheeting and paper floor mats!! Thanks Bummer that I was told 1 hour, but it took closer to two. Topped off my coolant as I had asked to check it, had seen a warning that it was low.

In under an hour my oil was changed and my tires rotated. My service manager did not try to sell me anything I didn't need, and he was very pleasant to work with. I sat very comfortably in the waiting area while the service was being performed. I would certainly recommend having anyone's vehicle serviced at this dealership.
