They got me in relatively quick. Got conflicting texts about what vehicle I had. Was told software update was needed but no documentation that it was done. Was told of small oil seepage that needed to keep an eye on, but not documented on service form.

Headed to Memphis for Bowl Game. 5 Miles outside of Ottumwa the wipers stopped working. Rolled into GYA of Ottumwa at 4:20. Service Advisor was friendly and professional. Technician stayed late and we were back on the road by 6PM with a new wiper motor. Awesome service and a Beautiful Dealership!

My appointment was at 9:30 am. When I got there the service representative told me it would be about 2 hr. before my car was done. I told her I had another appointment at 11:30 am that I needed to get to. She said, they would do their best to get it done in time for my appointment. At about 11am, my car was done, so I was able to make my appointment in time. The garage and sales-floor appeared to be very clean and well kept. Everyone was very courteous.

My husband was told it would be 3 hrs to replace a new part on my Toyota....we live an hr away, so not like we could go home during that time period. So plan was to run some errands so i drove in separate vehicle. When we checked on it AFTER 3 hrs, my husband was then told it was a 5 hr job, not a 3 hr job. If we had known that, we could have planned accordingly. I understand things come up or don't go according to plan, but if that had happened, it would have been nice to receive a phone call. However, that wasn't the case...we were just told the wrong time frame. Frustrating.

I normally go to a local mechanic but due to buying my car at Gregg Young I got oil changes free for five years. I like how they do a full inspection and even text me a video of it showing me everything with the option to add things to it that they bring to attention. I don't recommend it first if you don't want to spend extra money than a mechanic shop considering this is a dealer you know it'll cost more but if have the money then I would say it's a good choice.
