I was very impressed with the Service Rep at the service desk, she kept the appointments on schedule and kept the cars being serviced flowing through in a timely manner. The person that serviced my truck gave a good explanation of what was done and answered all my questions.

I had to wait almost a week to get my vehicle back. Communication was poor. If I wanted information I had to call them. Even then no answers. When I got my Jeep back the brakes were not set. I went to get on a highway and brakes went to the floor before barely stopping. I complained to both the service manager as well as the general manager and got canned corporate response that they would use it for an educational training.

I had the oil changed and tires rotated. Loved the complimentary shuttle service! Also had the car detailed for the first time by someone other than me. The car smelled fresh inside. The windows are a bit smeared on the inside and they missed a few spots wiping off the wax. But it was nice to have it done! Friendly staff and nice dealership!
