I loved the persistence by service tech to identify & correct the electrical problem with my 2024 Palisade. The service advisors were great! the only negative was that car was returned with front floor mat was removed and sitting in back seat. That is the only thing that prevented me from giving the service 5 stars.

Always pleasant and helpful..I do wish the mechanics or techs would be better about resetting the maintenance schedule on the vehicle after it's done...I reset with help (made a phone call to dealership for help), but Bluelink is still telling me I need service.. Returned to the dealership and tech took the time to research the issue and do her best to correct it..Thanks Ann!!! Appreciate your effort..
