I have no idea what was done. I told them specifically of concerns and don't know if those concerns were addressed. One concern is still a problem. I think they do a great job, but within reason. If it's something they don't have an answer for, it's ignored.

I bought my truck in 2021. At that time, the dealer gave me (9) free oil changes to "sweetin'" the deal. Since then, the dealership and Service Manager have changed. I was supposed to get the 9th. oil change but the Service Manager would not honor that agreement. Needless to say, I was a little disappointed.

I had two sensors put in a month later they told me my particle filters need to change. It was four weeks on backorder then when they got it and put it in then they said I needed two more sensors and a tailpipe then they said I needed two batteries and the batteries worked fine before I run the truck down trying to start it

Just a routine service and the car wouldn't hardly go about 1/2 block down the street. Took the car back and the mechanic had accidentally put too much oil in, overflowed on to the engine. He cleaned off the engine but did not drain out any oil. After taking back, all oil drained, engine thoroughly cleaned, put in new oil and car has run perfectly since.
