Unexpectedly lost pressure on one of my tires and pulled in to see if they could check and fix it. We were under time constraints to attend a funeral service 60 minutes away. The service guys took great care of us. Quickly brought the truck in and found/fixed the problem. Reasonable charges. We appreciated the quick, professional service!

My power seat would not recline it cost over $900. Less than a year later it happens again. They want $1000 to fix same problem. I have emailed the manager, called him and sent a certified letter asking to speak with him. I have had no response. To add insult to injury, they charged me $220 to tell me I needed to spend the additional $1000.

Ashley and the service team at Greenwich Ford took great care of my car. I had some annual maintenance done and wanted a state inspection. Unfortunately, the machine was not working. Ashley gave me a call within hours to let me know that the machine was working and a time later that same day to come in. All done and in great shape for 2026! Just fantastic!

I already turned this in to you. They tried to cheat me. The car was selling for $24100, and they wrote it up for $26800 and added on all kinds of bogus charges. Instead of my car paying coming to $243 they wrote up $343
Then they charged my DNV fees to $525 but my town got just over $300, and they called me and said they needed $116 more for DMV fees. THEY ARE CROOKS AND SHOULD BE PUT OUT OF BUSINESS

Their garage doors had > < in front of them. I sat in front of them for half an hour waiting to open. They should have had a sign saying they were under maintenance and to come inside. Besides that the work and paperwork were done very efficiently.
