Bad. Did not fix my car and what they said was wrong with it. I don't believe since the stabilization lumbar that is in the mechanism of the dashboard pumped by seat up and put lumbar in when the switch on the side of my seat doesn't work. It's the switch that's bad. I do not need to replace my whole freaking seat.

The place is under construction and operating out of portable buildings. It was cramped and a little chaotic. The wait time is unacceptable for an oil change Im receiving a year of service with the purchase of my car. Otherwise I'd be taking my vehicle to Valvoline in and out in a timely manner.

Inspection and recall for modem update, they did the update, didn't reset for the inspection in the vehicle. It was a very quick visit, an the information of mileage on 7/21 is 28874 in and they stated 70090 out, which after 0 miles is clearly wrong. Sloppy service and it is always hard to contact them.
