No problems. Actually surprised at how much they tried to make the car buying process smoother than it usually is. Wyatt Johnson Ford didn't want my money and these people did so I already know where I will NOT be shopping in the future. Car buying is always a pain in the rear but at least Greenway Kia made it much more tolerable, and considering this is the second Kia I have gotten from them, I consider that really good karma.

I received a text message and asked the guy to give me a call so I can ask all the questions that I needed to ask. He still proceeded to ask again, "How can he help me?" over a text message. That alone turned me completely off so I did not bother coming to look at the car.

I have visited this Kia dealership for over 8 years and have always had the best experience. Since I purchased my 2023 Kia Sportage almost 2 years ago. There has been one issue after the next even when I'm coming in for something that is supposed to be minor. I have not been pleased especially in the last four months at all!
