Went for recall notice which I thought had been done last year. This time they said it was done. I didn't notice any difference in driving the car. Service advisor Jennifer is very helpful and kind. The shuttle driver is also very kind. The service has improved from last year.

Kia has always treated me okay but this time I didn't quite feel the usual love. The estimate was outrageously expensive and the alternative was expensive but had no guarantee of how long it would work. In spite of this issue, I would go back but very cautiously.

I came in for a recall on two items and waited 45 minutes before being told their system was down and nothing could be completed. I was assured I would receive a call once the system was back up. It has now been two weeks, and I still haven't heard anything. No recall work was completed, and my brakes which I specifically asked to have checked due to squeaking were not inspected either.

Service was horrible. Waited 4 hours for an oil change that had an appointment for. Then after getting the car back it drove really bad check engine light and no oil light came on. Took them another hour to figure out what they did to my car. I will never go back to this Kia for anything.

After saying I would never go back to Kia North two years ago after a terrible service experience (I still believe I was cheated) I found myself forced to go back to update the service on my 2019 Optima. What a difference. "Flay", my service rep, was professional, friendly and informative. I was updated every step of the way, prices came out as estimated, and delivery on time. I highly recommend the new service department staff

Service advisor advised me I could use an oil change coupon that I had at home as long as I brought it in during pickup. Claimed when I picked up that I could not use it because it include more than just an oil change and all I got was an oil change. Seriously??

Terrible service. They sabotaged my car . After I left, my gas pedal plummeted and I almost crashed. They almost cost me my life. I told them what happened they day after, since it occured after 530pm and they agreed to have the car towed back to their to garage for an evaluation and resulted in "nothing wrong" with it. Since then, the car has been leaking, performing terribly. I don't feel safe driving it.

It was great. Communication was maintained the entire time, the young man ( Noah ) assigned to me was awesome. All that is wonderful but the most important thing was that the services that I bought my car for were done and they were. This was my first time back since buying the car there, a year ago. I think they are finally starting to realize not so good reviews been last couple years and I can see the difference and they want To change for the future of Kia dealership. Greenway North is a totally different experience the Kia greenway west! I find the north service department so much more caring and personal. I was greeted both times of service so far with complete care and efficiency. The entire waiting to the staff is constantly making sure you are hydrated and comfortable. I really love the service department and will be going to the North Kia for now on only!!!!

Service was terrible. On top of everything I paid for tire rotation and they didn't do the job and kept quiet. I was the one who noticed and had to tell them. Not an honest place to take your car for service. Go some where else. Now I woundered if they put fully synthetic oil like they advertised or the cheap oil. Who knows. Now. Never again trusting this dealer again.

Had my oil changed. When I left I felt my car shaking so I did a U-turn and pulled back in the guy took my car back to the back when he brought it back he said oh we forgot to tighten 4 lug nuts. Thank god I made it back without it coming off and seriously hurting myself or others.

The car was available for weeks. I called to make an appt for 7pm during my at 12pm. When I get out of work the listing said it was sold/unavailable. The sales lady couldn't call me to tell me she sold the car. I was going to drive an hour to test drive it. I only found out the car was sold after calling and speaking to a different sales rep. I would not do any business with them. Least she could have done is send me a text or Email.

I won't return to this location. Shouldn't take 3 hours for an oil change and tire rotation. The tech gave me the run around about accepting a coupon that it was expired, and not that location. The coupon clearly stated expiration of 5/31/2025 for the Longwood location. Even though the manager honored the coupon just frustrating that it took three hours and to get three people involved.
