Broken passenger side heated seats button, way over-filled motor oil, multiple leaks in washer lines, bad detailing job. If a regular every day driver purchased this vehicle, the motor would have failed due to the engine oil overfill. Serious lack of care for the vehicle.

It took a little longer than I expected but with convenient vehicle pickup and drop-off, it was beyond convenient. The staff were great and communicated well, keeping me updated. They also went above and beyond, staying late to complete my repairs on the same day. A great experience!

I liked the automated response and follow up for the car I was interested. However, the car was sold before I could see it, which is okay. What I did not like was their failure to inform me of such which would have resulted in me wasting several hours of time and fuel. The experience was not a positive one.

I bought my 2007 Mustang at Greenway Ford brand new and I have always had the works oil changes and multipoint free inspections done there as recommended since I have owned the car. I find them to be honest and very reliable on getting done what needs to be taking care of by maintaining my vehicle and keep it running properly since I been a loyal customer always taking it there for the service needed. Since i bought this vehicle it been a nightmare from the beginning. Salesperson very awesome but the guy that did the papers without explaining anything to us. Very bad. You can call me and i will tell you the details. But as todays date very disappointed with Greenway Ford

The positive was the service team polite. The negative and they should be ashamed is charging customers now 3% surcharge for the use of a credit card. When a large organization makes this business decision it leads me to believe they are not trustworthy. As such I will not go back and have shared with my friends who are sharing with theirs and so on. It is unconscionable.

Worse buying experience ever. Salesman was great, sales and finance management were terrible. Felt like I was being deceived the entire time. Traded in a vehicle, they didn't pay-off the bank for 2 weeks, meanwhile another payment was deducted. Still waiting for my money. I paid cash for my 2024 F250. I will never do business with these people again.

Transmission had to be overhauled Robert my service advisor kept me up to date on what was going on my only complaint is ford was supposed to pay for 5 of my 13 days of rental and I don't think they did. They rebuilt the transmission and I had my truck back in 2 weeks instead of a month

I had damage to my hood that was there when I purchased vehicle and was promised they would repair the damage. I took vehicle in for repairs looked great, then when I got home I realized they just painted where damage was and not the whole hood. So now I have a hood with 2 different colors. Not happy.

Don was helpful and tried to help in anyway he could. Only complaint I really have at all was that the truck I purchased was below a quarter tank of gas. In my experience buying cars, it is usually filled up before given to the customer. Aside from that, everything was great and it was a smooth process.

My oil change service was scheduled for 8:00 a.m. I arrived at 7:55 a.m. Waited 17 minutes at reception on arrival (too long). Oil change completed at 9:33 a.m. With an 8:00 a.m. appointment, I was a bit disappointed with the overall wait time for this type of service.

Initial communication was excellent. Unfortunately, that faded quickly and turned to non-responsive. The repair work was not completed correctly and requires re-work which is still not scheduled over 1 month later. Understandably warranty work is not a top priority, but customer service should still be.

The vehicle was sold needing repairs that should have been fixed prior to selling.All of the front suspension bushing were cracked, leaking and dry. This was immediately observable upon inspection of the vehicle which Greenway Ford. said they performed. Subsequent repair cost to me two weeks later,$3600.

The courtesy pick up and drop off was great. Constant communication with the advvisor via phone and text was also a good experience. The only thing I would change if for them to be more proactive in asking me to perform the recommended alignment while the car was there.

Very unprofessional. Came in two separate time and there were no notes on our vehicle and no one knew what had been done to it (a piece of the transmission was supposed to be replaced and a leak was supposed to be checked). It was very frustrating. We eventually spoke with the manager who figured it out and was very helpful but after 3 weeks of frustration it was too late to make me want to ever go back.

They can't seem to get anything right. Took me 13 hours of my personal time between going to the dealership and finally having them do the right thing and replace the factory tires with ones that did not have flat spots in them. Once they finally did it, they didn't flash the TPs sensors so I would be at liberty to work that in again to my schedule. Will never return to greenway ford.

This is the worst dealership in the entire country. Obnoxious and arrogant sales people. Sales managers are so pushy. These humans are the worst on the planet. The owner of greenway owns homes all over the world and lives a lavish lifestyle profiting off the huge amounts of money they make off people like us! Shop around!!!

Needed nitrogen in my tires. Service department was going to charge me. I said "nope! It was part of the package deal when when I bought it ". I had to go get a manager from the dealer side to tell I was right. Nickel and dime you. The last place to buy a vehicle.
