People were friendly and helpful but huge delay for service because they said it was before Thanksgiving and everyone wanted work done so there were several walkins and wait would be 2.5 hours. Why did I have to have an appointment when others could walk in ahead of me. Ended up 3.5 hours and did not have a debit card so was charged 3% for credit card. Never before? Did good work but setup was not good!

Called saying vehicle was ready yet they completely forgot to fix the bent tire rod. Had to take it back and they had to wait in parts so it took another 10 days. They were very friendly and responsive to my requests, and in the end truck is fixed, so not too bad overall.

The service was excellent. My brand new tire was losing air, so I brought it in. They checked all tires and found the stem on the new tire had bad gaskets. They replaced them. I'm a little bothered that I had to pay as it appears it was a faulty tire.

I contacted the service manager , Randy, and he went right to work to order the parts I needed which came in quick. He contacted and got me in quickly, had the car repaired, and I had it back in 2 days. Randy is always very courteous and caring. He takes care of my auto needs whenever I need his services!

Greenville Toyota did a great job servicing my 2021 Toyota Rav 4 XLE. Oil change and tire rotation and vehicle check. I left with a short list of items needing to be done next time I get my vehicle serviced. I bought the vehicle a few months ago used and in great shape, but the previous owner neglected some vehicle maintenance. I will see to it it is brought up to date on the needed maintenance. Greenville Toyota I will be back.

My fiancé waited 3 hours to get her car serviced while I was at work. She was early to her appointment and still had to wait. We chose to drive further due to the service we had previously gotten. Lately it's been very poor. Constantly trying to upsell. Will be trying a new location

I called about repairing a tire in the morning and got an appt. the same day @ 3:30. When I arrived they were pretty busy, so figured it might be a while waiting. I let my service advisor know I had a ride coming to go and run a couple of short errands and to call me when my vehicle was ready. I was on the way back to Toyota when I got the text it was ready. Took a little less than an hour. Thanks

The staff was very kind & informative. The visit was shorter than anticipated. The staff member saved me a soon return visit by letting me know that they could do the inspection while the vehichle was there so I would not have to return in a few weeks.

I got a text saying my vehicle was ready. I arrived to pick it up 40 minutes later and it was not ready. I was told it would take 20 more minutes but it took more than an hour more. Greenville Toyota has always been great with service and I was very disappointed.

I was there almost 2 hours for a tire rotation. My appointment was at 3 and got my car at 5:00. I understand and hour but 2 hours no.I wasnt happy at all. I had other things to do that afternoon. By the time I got out it was to late for anything. You should ask to go through a customer car . You never know what they have to do for that day. Thank you

Went to install my dashcam, just the rear cam since we installed the front one ourselves. Went from a 4 hr task to about 30-40min task, so they only charge me for one of hour labor. Staff very friendly. They had a shuttle service, very nice lady driver, that took me home and back to the service center which was very convenient.

When I pulled up to the service dept. I was met immediately at my truck with a service receptionist verifying my appt. time. I went in and spoke with my service rep. discussing what was to be repaired on my truck. Went out into the lounge area and waited. The repair was made in a timely manner and I was on my way. Everyone was very nice and professional.

My service experience was great. I called for an appointment and was able to be serviced the same day because of a cancellation. My service rep was Patrick. He did an awesome job. He kept me well informed on what services were needed and when they were completed. Also, the services to my truck were completed in a timely manner. Thanks for an awesome job to everyone that was involved.

AAA had been called as I had a dead battery and could not get car out of the garage. Installing the new battery required that the computer had to be reset in the car. Greenville Toyota's service department was very prompt in taking care of the problem and I was on my way.

upon arriving at the dealership my wife and I was greeted by a pleasant friendly young lady and she was most helpful. The service writer on the other hand was very knowledgeable concerning the needs of my vehicle. But at the same time the service writer didn't expend any amount of courtesy or friendliness at all.

All perfect for my 2012 Prius Vs 160K full service as Ive done every 5K since buying it from Greenville Toyota in August 2012. FREE SERVICE EVERY 5K part of the reason I bought it there. You are wrong to send me service reminders as I never miss one. Thanks for correcting your records, or you can simply unsubscribe me as I never requested theses erroneous reminders.

Service was on schedule and quick. The safety actions were recommended and I the brakes flushed and fluid refilled. Will make appt for tune up and transmission flush and refill. Need to check with South Atlanta Toyota to see if suggestions already done.

Great service! Only complaint was it took 2.5 hours for an oil change which was disappointing, especially since I had an early morning appointment. Additionally a customer who had an appointment 30 mins after mine left 30 minutes before my car had been serviced, which makes 0 sense to me .

Good customer service for the most part. Sometimes it takes a little while to resolve an issue but they eventually straightened it out. I will continue to have my Camry serviced there. They will go the extra mile to help resolve any problems. I would recommend this dealership for service.
