Service was great they were able to order the key for the car and the fit us in to program the key on short notice. They handled it quickly and without and fuss, only downside is they were renovating the show room at the time so had to wait at the Nissan dealer next door, but that's a very minor thing.

Took the car in with a check engine light, twice, and after having the car for over a week, the light came back on the way home, and I started having driveability issues. After notifying them again, they pushed me off onto someone else, and I've not heard anything else about the vehicle.

Terrible. There is a known issue with the breaks on my year/model of car, with a limited warranty for repair. I took the car to 2 separate VW dealerships, including this one to be told nothing was wrong, "they were just dirty" and that is why they are always squealing. Now that they are no longer liable for fixing the issue as I have surpassed the mileage, they claim my breaks are at critical status. Shady practices Greeley Volkswagon.
I will never return to this place.
