Oil change was botched. Tech over tightened or installed the filter too tightly causing deformity and compromise. Oil leaked on drive and garage floor. Used a diff dealership to make repairs. Just not too trustful of Capital to make the repairs....unfortunately.

The technician stated it would be several hours Before the vehicle would be completed . However, it took less than half of that time and then some. They made a big deal on why it was so important to protect the inside and outside . I couldn't tell any difference Difference to the Interior Carpeted areas. I believe it was just a rip off And the charge was absorbed in the contract

The labor shortage caused severe understaffing at Capital Kia. The result was that we could not learn the status of our repairs for a few weeks. We learned that we must call early to get a message returned. When we got our call back less than an hour after we called we learned that the vehicle was ready.

Work that was done was good, as usual. People friendly and kind.
However, I'm still waiting for a part to come in to fix left rear passenger seat, that is under warranty. Was told part would be in in five days. That was two weeks ago, and have not yet been contacted.

Waited 4 days for my oil change, filter replacements and tire rotation. I had to call the morning of day 4 to see what was going on. At that time my tires still were not done. Picked my car up at 3pm and found out the filters were not replaced yet either.

Originally serviced on 7/30 for a multipoint inspection just to get ready for the winter. They replaced my batter only. A week later I realized that my taillights were not working. I took it back on 9/13 for the same. They replaced my taillights only. A week later my batter light came on and on 9/28 it didn't start at all. Not good

It took 20 hours for them to even look at the car. Then they diagnosed the problem incorrectly and fixed the wrong thing. So after having the car for 6 days and still not knowing what was wrong with it, we picked it up and took it to another dealership.

Pulled into the service bay and the service clerk came right out and began the procedure of getting my vehicle ready for service.
I was informed that it would be about an hour and a half for the job to be complete. The service people were very nice and friendly during my wait. The service was completed sooner than quoted. Thank you

They got me in despite being full; however, when I arrived for pick-up, they had me confused with another customer. I paid the other customer's bill, and they walked me to their car, at which point we realized the error. As they got me in quickly, I'm letting the mix-up slide.

The customer service was fantastic. I would've given 5 stars but they forgot to reset the service interval notification causing me to do a return trip to reset the annoying reminder. They got me right in, apologized and I was out the door in 5 mins. I love the new facility. I recommend Capital Kia for anyone looking for a Kia or service.

I think this was the SECOND time I was there for a TPMS error. The first time was a disaster (also had engine light issue). But this one went as promised - fixed while I waited and the light has not come on again. The only downside - I had to pay. Last ones were under warranty.

Customer service at Kia was excellent. However, the vehicle inspection led to a costly assessment of service and part replacements, so I asked a highly regarded local mechanic shop for a second opinion. The shop disagreed with Kia's assessment. They accurately identified what needed to be serviced or replaced and the cost was a third of what Kia had estimated.

I had a recall on my 2019 Forte for Transmission slippage and so went to Capital Kia for a software programming update. Rob was very informative and listened carefully about other minor issues I had with my car. Very pleasant experience. Would definitely go there again.

Overly priced, was told it would cost $841 to have a blower motor installed. Got the same work done at an Auto Shop 1 mile from my house for $180.00. Capital KIA charged $117 just to tell me the blower motor was bad. This fee included $13.00 for shop supplies. Really? What supplies? A dirty old mechanics rag?
