I like the fact that my car was taken right in and serviced quickly. When finished, a technician came to explain what was done and what needs to be done. The waiting room is clean, comfortable and offers television viewing and also different types of coffee. Everyone was very polite and helpful.

As soon as my engine light came on, Honda took my car right in for diagnosing the problem. A few days later an appointment was scheduled. I appreciated the fact that I didn't need to lose work over my car being in the shop. Honda serviced my car as quickly as possible and even gave me a ride to work that morning.

Most of the service requests I made were performed and resolved. However, I have a TPMS error generating from a bad tire pressure sensor. Instead of replacing the sensor, they just cleared the code. The code refrigerated a few days later. Not sure why they didn't just resolve the issue.

The salesman I talked to first was dishonest and discouraged me from putting money down to hold the vehicle I was inquiring about. He said if I did that it would be non-refundable, but in reality the car was being sold as we were talking. I talked to my bank the next day and was pre-approved for a loan, and when I called back the next day, I talked to the salesman who sold the car. He told me that the person that bought it came in close to closing time and that was about the time I was speaking to the first salesman. Not a good experience for me.
