Plus since it was a bad snow day out flow of business allowed them to keep me updated. Like I needed more than a oil change & how severe the repair was needed. Even if they weren't going to be the cheapest place to do it for me.

I went in with a low tire. The report said tire pressure completed. At checkout I asked if tires were filled and she said yes, if light is so on come back through and we will top it off!? You were supposed to do that first! Then the next day my engine started knocking!? Taking to a mechanic shop today.

This Grease Monkey is the best! Very nice and accommodating staff. They listen to your needs and are very very knowledgeable. They have to and have gone thru classes for their roles, which means you are getting top notch technicians.
I will continue to go to this Grease Monkey and I encourage others to do so as well.

I thought they were very nice and quick. I would recommend it to whoever needs a oil change fluids filled up tires checked windows cleaned. The job was done in about a half an hour. I sat in my vechical while they did everything. I would go back again for sure.

The guys were great. It was a cold snowing day and I didn't wait at all. I asked them to not lie to me like Jiffy Lube down the road did. I am very likely to use this location again because of the three men that I met. I do my own service normally but I was tired that day and I was impressed how I was treated.

The employee's were very courteous and professional the only reason that I didn't give them a 5 star rating on this visit is that they left my mirrors more smudged and dirty than they were before I got there so much so that I had to pull over and clean them again that night so I could see out of them. Otherwise it was a good visit.

Typically top notch service when we stop in here for an oil change. Got our wipers & air filter replaced as well.
They normally vacuum the floors but did not do it this time around.
Also we arent getting our normal reminder/coupon. Initially they werent going to give me the coupon even though we are loyal customers for years but after the additional services, finally gave it to me.

Really get good service every time & little waiting. This time we had a loose head light they put back in free of charge. Also gave us some good recommendations but weren't pressured into anything we weren't prepared for. As always, finished with a vacuum of the interior.
