Tried to get me to pay $$$$ to "repair" steering mechanism when it didn't need it just to pass inspection. Took it to another company & it passed inspection with flying colors!!
Go figurethe other company said my steering mechanism was fine!! good luck with that.

The staff at this store were outstanding! We are from Asheville and drove to Charlotte to regroup. Stopped in to get the state inspection done as that won't be easy in AVL. Everyone was so compassionate and thoughtful it brought tears to our eyes. What great humans!!

While this visit earned three stars, the visit prior was five stars. Longer wait than necessary, missed a couple of tasks that were supposed to be included, cost of the service was two times a dealership price, which is unusual. Two times I've been told they were obtaining a special tool to repair the sensor switch, never heard from anyone. Waited 8 months. Moving on.

Great experience and excellent customer service. Needed an oil change and vehicle inspection. Was in and out in no time. And prices were comparable to all surrounding places. But I will visit this, or one of their other local SpeeDee/Grease Monkey locations on South Boulevard for my future service needs. Fast and friendly customer service will win my choice in service every time.

Not great, told me I needed a battery, got one only to find out the alternator was bad, ie draining the battery, needless to say my car broke down...
Then mentioned a leak at the oil pan, some Gasquet, haven't seen any oil leaks yet, would been $545 to fix. 1st I'm hearing of there being a leak, taken it this location for last few oil changes... Very disappointing service..

Tried to sell us a 250 dollar fix for over 2 thousand 5 hundred dollars!!!!! I couldnt believe my ears when my buddies recomended auto shop told us the total. Then shortly after i wanted to let my anger and northern attitude dictate what all happened next, thank god though my mother happened to ve with me throughout this event and she was able to talk my down off the cliff. Horrible place

Sloppy careless work. Simple oil change and state inspection. Spilt oil on engine cover and other areas. Removed cabin air filter and failed to install new one. Did not put glove box back together.Employee driving reckless with customer car when leaving bay. Second bad experience at this location in a month.

Terrible! Car was left filthy dirty. Oil residue on door, threshold and worst of all.the drivers seat. Upsell pressure was harsh. $89 oil change advertised but then they added an extra $12 for an additional quart. Car is only a 6cylinder. What is the $89 for??? Never going back!
