I had a 9 am appointment and arrived at 8:50 am. I could have easily been next in line since there were no other cars waiting at that time, just 3 in service. As each left, later arrivals were put in ahead of my car. I waited close to an hour for a simple oil change while others came and went. Very frustrating!

It was a bit expensive, but it covered a lot a required maintenance. There was a disconnect between the two of the technicians about the discount that was to be applied. I eventually got it, but I would not have if I had not asked and gotten them together.

First of all attitude. Second of all you're gonna go paperless on your bills well, I'm going customer less. Can't afford to give me a bill on an in sent it to my text message while we have a problem. I got too many text messages as is when I have worked on my car. I want to see Bill. I don't wanna have to read it off my phone, that's a bunch of bull so I will be taking my business somewhere else in the future.

They upset you everything.i just got new whiper blades for front and back.They couldn't tell they were new. I got my filters replace they said I needed new ones.very skeptical about returning to that location do to the lack of knowledge they have when doing oil changes.they are young laate teens early 20s and not should if they have been properly trained to fixes cars.

Always a good experience here. Was going to another local shop for years, when the service manager I worked with for quite awhile left, the service went down. Seems like they didn't want business. So I started using this Greese Monkey and have had been good to us. Will continue ad price seems fair as well.

I've been coming to this Grease Monkey store for a long time with my cars. This car was new to me. so it was new in your record keeping system. I didn't understand your process for gathering information on a new vehicle and connecting it to me. Both of the employees I spoke to explained parts of your process, but I don't think I understand the whole process. Like what will happen next time when my wife brings the truck in.

recently had a great experience getting my oil changed at Grease Monkey. The service was quick and efficient, and the staff was friendly and knowledgeable. They even checked my other fluids and tires for me, which was a nice touch. I'll definitely be back for my next oil change!
