They let oil spill all over my engine bay to where it's still dripping out of the vehicle weeks later. They left spilled oil on my hood and fenders and I have had to replace O2 sensors due to being soaked in oil. I can't get a hold of the shop (phone just rings) and the customer service support hasn't gotten back to me.

Very fast, but didn't clean excess oil spillage leaving oil spots on my garage floor. I even specifically asked them to clean up excess oil, as I've experienced this before, yet I still have remnant oil leaking onto the garage floor and on my driveway after the recent oil change.

Grease Monkey's staff and service were excellent. I asked the front desk gentleman if they had a first-time discount, and he said no, but eventually, they gave me a small discount. He was courteous and professional. I can't talk now about the quality of the oil, but it's Mobil 1, which was the best and most expensive option. Therefore, I hope it will work excellent.
