I know for a fact they did not check the air in my tires because I stood there and watched them. I also have a feeling that they put dirt and debris on everyone's air filters because the four customers that I saw and my filters all looked like we drove through an old vacuum cleaner bag. I will not be going back plus there prices are too high for what you get.

They performed a service I explicitly refused (replacement of wiper blade), and charged me for it. I did not complain or argue because it was only $20. However, I feel like they did not listen to me or did it anyway to slip in additional charges. Otherwise, good service.

They got me in and out in 15-20 minutes. Told me what was needed on maintenance schedule, showed me air filters, but didn't pressure me. I watch my car's scheduled preventive maintenance so appreciate the 'heads up' but don't need to be sold things not needed at this time.

Top notch service and they do not try and sell you extras but will educate you on necessary and the priority issues for follow up. I had something and just asked them to take care of it while they had the car already in position, it was super easy. Will return for services. Friendly and hot coffee.

Things are just getting too expensive. I could have taken it to a dealer and it would be the same price. However, they did do their due diligence and checked everything out unlike cheaper establishments I've used.

Very nice and polite staff. Took care of all my car needs in 15 minutes. Let me know my lights out and only $10 to replace bulb. New filters cheap too. Didn't feel like trying to do a lot of expensive add ons.

They do a great job with a quick oil change. It's very convenient but it's unfortunate they can't do a simple tire rotation which usually go hand and hand with an oil change.

We have been going to this Grease Monkey for years and the last 2 times it has been terrible. They are always trying to "recommend" and upsell us something that we don't need. They told my daughter that her battery could be replaced and "we sell batteries here," but then we took her car to 2 auto part stores and both of them told us that the battery was fine. Boo, stop trying to sell things that aren't needed, that seems fraudulent!
