It doesn't seem like 15 minutes is enough to change oil and check everything else. How long do filters last? This is the second time I've come in and the filter was not changed because they said it was okay. I didn't look at my paperwork, but this form says the filter was changed, but it was not.They checked the air conditioner pressure when I asked. I'm not completely sure what they are supposed to check in an oil change. Basically, they only changed the oil.

I took my car in for oil change but they didn't put any oil back into my vehicle and I left and drove a some miles and my engine blew now I am without a vehicle. I'm waiting on them to fix my vehicle it needs an engine I don't know how long that's going to be now I am ubering around spending money I don't have I need my vehicle and nine days my daughter has her baby shower they offered to pay Uber and pay for a rental which is money I don't have and I can't find a rental this is very stressful because I have to use my money first in order to get reimbursed unbelievable
