Friendly, efficient, straightforward. Missed that a tail light was out, but after mentioning, it was confirmed and replaced. Much better experience than last year at the same place. It's so important to feel that you can trust professionals with your car and understand what needs to be done for reassuring maintenance at a reasonable cost.

In July I had 59000 miles and the engine blew. Had a brand new engine but in by Hyundai in July so do you go by that new engine count our still use the same speedometer account. Anyways they did a great job and they were all so friendly.

My son took the car over. I told him to tell them to NOT use the high mileage formula. Somehow his 4 cylinder Subura ended up costing $93 which is awfully high, especially as my daughter went to a competitor with her 4 cylinder and it was $65. So somehow over charged.

I had an oil change and the next day I found oil on my garage floor. I took the car back and they explained it was residue oil. I wiped my garage floor twice, hopefully the oil residue will stop. they were unable to rotate my tires due to their lift not being compatible with my Honda Pilot.
