Experience was fine. I do not agree to share my maintenance from our vehicles with CARFAX. I was not asked nor did I give my permission. I asked the tech how I could opt out and he didn't know. I have been with Fastlube/Grease Monkey for over 15 years. I will not be using Grease Monkey any longer if my information is shared.

Excellent service. No appointment was needed, and the team got my car through a routine service -oil change, tire rotation and it's state inspection quickly. The staff is friendly & professional and the prices are reasonable too. They gave me discount coupons for the next visit too. Highly recommended, I'll be a repeat customer.

Lost a star for trying to sell my teenager a cabin air filter change for $150, which is a blatant ripoff for an $8 part that takes 5 mins to change by just slipping out the glove compartment. BTW this place just got bought out by Grease Monkey a few months ago (as of Jan 2025).

As I was pulling in they motioned me to a lane. They were masked, moved my car in, changed oil and filter. Checked filters, fluids and wipers. Got me signed up as a new customer and honored my $15 off coupon. Service was completed quickly (< 10 minutes). I am a very satisfied customer and will continue as long as I receive coupons.
