Service advisor wasn't very friendly . The inside waiting room was okay with a few snacks, coffee machine, and water dispenser. Wait time was about 2 hours for an oil change and starter recall. I've had better experiences at almost every other dealership that I've been to.

The service performed was done just fine. The headlight that is out was partially dignosed and reported as needing a more thorough evaluation for over $3000 for review then added hours and parts for repair. This was untenable and seemed inordinately high, so not performed. I paid for oil change and windshield wipers installed, and for the initial review of the light.

Did a complete diagnostic on the vehicle and replaced the faulty battery and troubleshoot my tail light, which was failing their diagnostics determined that they tail light was failing due to low voltage installation of the new battery correct that situation Service writer Matt was fantastic. Appreciate him coming in on his day off to personally tend to my vehicle. Kudos.
