Douglas Chambers is an excellent service adviser - friendly, knowledgeable, good to keep you posted on status of car, able to answer questions/concerns. All the staff and Mrs. Vickie took great care of me and my beagle while we waited. Brief convo w tech where he fixed the low air pressure in my tires. Have a Toyota dealership not 45 miles away but choose to drive 140 miles to these guys who've always been great. At 225K miles I still want a dealership to change the oil! Highly recommend these guys!

I absolutely love the fact that this dealership's service department was able to get me in for my oil change without having an appointment. My only complaint is the price of the entire service is (IMO) too expensive. Even with a Military Discount (10%) the total cost was over 100 dollars.

They realized there was a recall due to battery issue. I had contacted Twin City Toyota over 10 times and they told me did not have the parts to fix it. I gave up with them, and then my daughter Kacie Bauman needed her Tacoma checked thoroughly so we temporarily traded vehicles while we had a reputable company here in Missouri check it. When Kacie told me your dealership fixed it. I was amazed. Thank you so much.

I arrived at 7:15am for an oil change. They asked if I had an appointment, and I told them no. There were only 2 vehicles ahead of me on the lifts already when I went to sit in the waiting area. I watched my vehicle sit where I parked it for over an hour. I finally left after an oil change and tire rotation, at 9am.
