They did not find the problem with my truck, and still charged me $218.00. I bought this truck there so that's where I took it to get repaired. Also, I researched and found that the mechanic didn't know how my engine is designed. It has a water leak and I'm convinced it's the water pump.

Went in for a side mirror to be replaced. Left with a starter problem. Took it back and they charged me just to look at what they had done already. Suggested more things to "fix" that they had not mentioned the previous week. This is the second time immediately after service, there was a starter problem. Seems like they are more interested in conning customers than doing a good job.

I went to have my car serviced for a part that was supposed to covered by warranty only for the dealership to charge me 200 dollars for diagnostic test to only tell me that warranty doesnt cover it and then wanted to charge 700 to actually fix it. Warranty is a joke

They charge $180 for each service I wanted checked. I took my car to another repair shop I had used before and was told my car was unsafe to drive. Nissan gave me no information about the danger of driving my car. I will not be back. Their customer service is not what it used to be.

When I arrived for my appointment, I waited in my car 15 minutes before I was acknowledged. When Ms. Spann finally came out, she offered no apology or explanation for the inattentiveness. When I asked, she said that they were trying to get the paperwork for other cars together. The customer service was unacceptable.

I been coming for awhile. I was highly upset that I had to pay for oil service when I was told by my salesman I would receive 5 years free oil services. It's false information just to sale vehicles isn't good. Then when I told lady at checkout what would they have done if I haven't brought any money to pay..she said U would have to wash windshields. I don't recommend anyone to yall and don't plan on coming back either

I recently became the owner of a 2021 Nissan Rogue and each time upon entering the Rogue a message appears saying battery was low for the keys. The gentleman in parts was informed about it and gladly replaced both batteries.

My experience was pretty simple and quick. I took my car for an oil change and tire rotation. It took about 30 minutes and I was out of there. Everyone at Gray Daniels was nice and friendly. I do recommend them very highly.
