I did not like being charged for a diagnostic twice to find out my fuel pump was bad you can smell the gas fumes and you charging me $500 dollars a hour for labor when the part is $279. I have ny plates on my truck so you jack the price up.i live in P. A TWO HOMES I HAVE PURCHASED 4 CHEVY TRUCK'S IN 23 YEAR'S A LOYAL CUSTOMER THANK GOD I HAVE 8 MILLION FOLLOWERS TO TELL HOW I GOT CHEATED BY GRAY CHEVROLET. SEE YOU IN COURT

This is a dying dealership. Dropped my car off for some routine work. Picked it up and one of the brake pads they installed exploded. When i brought it back they fixed it along with a boot they destroyed. Took it home, more noises, took it back. They had it for over a week before looking at it, only to tell me they can't get the parts to fix it. Oh well!!! Terrible communication. Would not recommend.

I had a warranty but they wouldnt do the work because the money they wouldve been paid from warranty company was too low. I never had this problem at my old dealer. We had to go buy the parts and my husband just did the work himself despite the fact that we had a warranty. I am very disappointed in this place.
