Purchased a 2019 Cadillac CTS 2.0l from this dealership on 08-25-2025. Eight DAYS later my car is on side of the road because the power steering went out. I talked to the dealership, at least 10 times they would only refer me to the bumper to bumper warranty. Which covered everything except $640 of the cost. This is before I made my first payment. I feel like I was robbed. BEWARE!

I presented multiple documents from reputable sources stating my requested trade value was equitable to the market, and Gravity disputed those reputable sources. This is the first, and ONLY time this has ever and will ever happen to me. I do not recommend this dealership to anyone regardless of their inventory.
