We contact the salesman we had initially spoken to by phone and told him we would be driving down to Atlanta to see the car. It is a 5 hour drive to get there. When we arrived we determined he had given us an incorrect city. After searching for over an hour unsuccessfully for the dealership we were finally able to get him on the phone. It was his day off. He did steer us correctly to the dealership by phone. When we arrived the car we had driven 5 hours to see was not there. The manager had decided to take it for his personal car that day and was over an hour away. No one at the dealership was aware we were coming to see it. Apparently, he had not told anyone else we were coming. They were apologetic, but we were upset and disappointed, so apologies did not change the fact we had made a special long trip for nothing. We had another 5 hours to drive home, so we could not wait the extra hour for the manager to drive back to the dealership. They tried to switch us to a different car. We were only interested in the vehicle that was not there. We left and did not get home until after midnight! A terrible experience!!

This dealership is only nice to you in order to get the sale. I inquired about a BMW 760i and thought that it had automatic doors as part of the Executive Package. They were very pushy trying to get me to sign the buyer's order and getting a deposit down. Never on the buyer's order did they list any of the features, and it was only sent three days later, which was a couple days before I was supposed to drive down to Atlanta from 700 miles away. I noticed that it didn't have the feature I thought it did, called in to inquire, and they said it definitely had that feature. After about 30 minutes, I got a call back saying that it didn't, and that these cars typically didn't have this feature, even though I told them I saw the 2023 version have this feature highlighted on numerous videos on Youtube. I demanded my money back and this prompted nasty, unprofessional phone calls with the sales associate who said he would not give me back the deposit, even though he had no authority to do so since this is within the capability of the sales manager. It took over three weeks, multiple phone calls with attorneys in the area (since I am from outside of Georgia), emails and phone calls to the CEO and other sales managers, in order for me to get my money back, even though I never took possession of the vehicle. I am glad I got my money back in the end (hence the 1 star), but the journey was less than pleasing. This definitely turned me off from ever thinking about looking at their inventory, which is what I would have definitely do, since their inventory is one of the best for used luxury cars.

I travelled from Palm Beach to Atlanta to test drive the Lexus LC 500. Igor was very professional and the dealership allowed me to take the vehicle to a Lexus Dealer to have it inspected. There was one flaw with the vehicle and Mike immediately deducted the cost for repair of a Luxury item not a mechanical issue. The dealership did not try to hide any fees and no need to haggle because there is one price and all of the transaction was completely transparent. The whole transaction was smooth and with very little stress, This is not a typical used car dealer. I found Igor and Mike and the financial manager to be cordial and not confrontational. The vehicles on the lot are impeccable.
