I have had several of my vehicles serviced here through the years. Friendly and they don't try to sell you things you don't need. They also gives you a heads up on what is recommended in the next few services.

8am appointment and the car service wasn't started until after 1pm. The entire service only took 3 hours. If you book a morning appointment, regardless of you staying or dropping off, it should be taken care of at the scheduled time.

The video of the multi-point inspection was unexpected and very helpful.
I waited there for my vehicle and the wait time was about what I expected, not overly long.
All procedures were done correctly and cost did not go over estimate.
They did not try to sell me any additional maintenance that was not listed by the vehicle maintenance minder.
Overall, I was pleased with their service department and recommend them.

Video of multi-item inspection was very informational and showed me all of the items looked at. This provides me with peace of mind. They also provided a loaner car so that I didn't have to wait hours. Service pricing is very fair and I am always confident that they have done a good job.

I arrived 5 minutes early for my appointment, and they took me right in, explained what the cost would be, then showed me to a very comfortable waiting room. My service was done when they told me it would be, and Julie even found me a $10 coupon, so it cost less than I expected!
