Oil change and tire rotation took over 4 hours.
Had to call twice to see if SUV was ready. No one called me.
Was charged $25.50 for inspection fee, when it is $18.50.
Being charged a credit card fee. Don't remember seeing a sign or being told a fee would be applied if using a credit card. Thankfully had my debit card.
Uber driver was super.

They kept my vehicle for 6 days for an oil change, tire rotation, & battery check. I had an appointment & ask for a recall to be taken care of. After six days told oil change maintenance was done on day 1 and they did not have the part for recall. Never told part was not available when appointment was made.

I was disappointed that the pricing was not straight forward. I was quoted one price and then when I asked for a coupon to be applied the price of another service went up by the same amount. It felt like shell game. When you are going to get service on your car you want folks to be straight forward. I was also told I had to pay via debit card or charged a fee. Kind of surprised at that as well.

Horrible experience! They were very deceptive about their policies. I didn't appreciate that at all. Once I expressed that to the sales person (Joseph), he and his manager (Sergio) responded in a very unprofessional manner. I will never refer this dealership, I will never buy a car from them. I do not want anyone from this establishment contacting me ever again.

Didn't like that the replacement (new) dash-center accessories touch-panel was missing the undertitle lights for A/C, Max Air, Cabin-air recirculate 'buttons'. Without specifically selecting "Settings" + "Environment" I can no longer tell when/if my touch-panel selections of either of these has been accepted (panel light on or off); this is very inconvenient and not the original device's features. :o(

My service advisor was so helpful at my recent visit. This was my first time to work with her. She seamlessly found tires based on my preference and offered a loaner car to use because the tires needed had to be ordered. My car was returned clean with all work complete.

No follow up from advisor. Was told car was ready in fact it wasn't. It took 3 days to swap out the battery. Called Ford motor company and only then the vehicle was moved to repair. Promised the paper work would be emailed next day. Never received. Poor, poor follow up and customer service. Definitely would not recommend this dealership for new car purchase and service.

If I could give zero stars I would. They kept my Bronco for 6 days with zero communication and after I called for the fourth time with no response, I finally received a call back. I was told that even though my Bronso was under the bumper to bumper warranty, the item I took it for was not covered and had to be my fault that it was broken. Terrible experience. If I ever buy a Ford again, I will drive farther to avoid this dealership.

My Service Advisor, Pete Rochelle, makes it so easy for me to have our vehicles serviced. He made an appointment for early in the morning, but we decided to leave it the evening before. Pete had the tech on the project early and the car was ready by Noon. We were even able to use points to pay for this work from an earlier repair done on another of our FORD vehicles.

Ford had my car for 3 weeks and couldn't complete my service requests. I just gave up and picked up my car.
The service department seems to be doing well based on the amount of cars there. I'll make things easier and not come back to try and help them get caught up.
How many people can handle not having their car for 3 weeks?
The service rep was very nice. But still the results were shockingly slow.

They are thieves and terrible mechanics. Do not take your vehicle here. Trevor lied to my wife and Adan Jesus cause more issues with the vehicle. Go for an oil change and my pre collision assist stopped working and the battery was drained coming out of the shop.

Upon arrival, the agent verified that I would remain at their facility to wait on there service for my truck. Per the paperwork, the truck was ready at 12:43. No one came to find me. I never left the waiting area. At 2:05, FINALLY someone called to let me know the truck was ready. This lack or respect for my time was unacceptable.

Booking online was easy and the staff was pleasant. I thought the price of the service was excessive - I inquired about upgrading from semi-synthetic to full synthetic, and it was $80 extra for 7 quarts. That's over $11/qt. not for the oil, but the uncharge to go from semi to full! I realize they need to make a profit, but that's excessive IMO.

My check up time was scheduled and on time. I believe the techs did a good job! My truck is running great, I just returned from a trip to the Moab Desert, met some college friends there. We visited desert canyons and hiked and 4 wheeled some of them. Awesome! And then a comfortable ride home to Texas in my dusty truck.
