We spent our last 10 years with Chevrolet. Service was terrible. So this experience with Dodge was really great! They fixed my car right the first time. Also, we bought our van brand new and this is the first time Ive been in the service department except for oil changes. (Unlike our Chevrolet vehicles).
I am so happy with Dodge and this dealership even though its an hour away from my house.

As always, I was very pleased with my service experience at Grapevine Dodge Jeep. I had very little wait getting in and they handled my problem quickly. Nice waiting area inside and plenty of benches outside for today's social distancing requirements.

I received an email from multiple people. I never received photos or anything about the vehicle. I was told they were too busy by the sales rep that the others guided me to. I will never do business with this dealership or recommend to any of my friends.

Grapevine Dodge Chrysler Jeep accepted me as a walk in customer. My vehicle was serviced in a timely manner. I was updated on the status of my vehicle as I was waiting in the lounge area. Free beverages were provided while you wait. The customer technician seemed genuinely concerned that all of my needs were addressed.

I will rate Keith Laxson and his efforts on my behalf: i MUST rate the performance of the mechanics who worked on the front end of my Avenger. It took THREE different trips over a THREE month period to get ALL the problems worked out. Keith Laxson has ALWAYS gone out of his way to "make it happen" I would trust NO OTHER with my vehicle.

Communication has not be very good. Had recall work performed and the dealership didn't enter the information into the FCA database, so I am keep getting notifications reminding to bring the vehicle in for service. Numerous attempts to get the dealership to record the service have gone unanswered.

Staff was very pleasant. Offered me cold water on this super hot day and had me in and out with a tire replacement in about 45 minutes. This was after I spent 4 hours at Autonation getting an oil change and trying to get it replaced there only to be told they didnt have it in stock. They will now get my business.

I was told the reason why my transmission was slipping was the fact that my engine oil was 2 quarts low and need to pay $80 for an oil change for them to diagnosis the problem. They ended up just topping off the oil level, now I have to drain my oil because they put to much oil in.

Said it would only take an hour actually took 2 asked if I wanted tires rotated I said sure it should be part of my service contract (so I thought) it was not part of my service contract and instead of coming to let me know it wasn't before completing the rotation they did it anyway. To be honest I can rotate my tires in only 15 min at home for free. They should have come tell me it wasn't part of my contract before completing it

This was by far my best experience with a Mopar service department. As a matter of fact I had horrible experiences at the other 3 I'd been to. Including being lied to, being treated like a little girl, and employees acting like they couldn't care to be at work.

These guys were great..... long day of travel to return to a dead Jeep. Jeep roadside assistance did a fantastic job of finding a tow truck and once at the dealership they took great care of me. If I didn't live in far N Dallas I would take my Jeep to them every time!

Very fast service! I was told it would be at least 5 days until they could look at my transmission. 1 1/2 days later, they called me and said it was fixed at no cost (I love powertrain warranties). Picked it up that evening. Couldn't have gone any better.
