Was informed that the lug nuts were not correct for the vehicle, considering that we bought the truck from Toyota GP how did they become incorrect? Made us wonder....how they suddenly became incorrect....yes they will replace them for the correct ones at no charge thank you very much.

I will never go back they put a bent rim back on my car after rotating my tires and to top it off my warranty did not cover the 120 mile maintenance which I paid $5,000 extra for plus I had to take my car to the shop three times before it was legally in my name

Always nice to have a clean place to wait, read, and have a snack, while the vehicle is serviced. Also, dealership is a nice walking distance from a market. Our wait on a recall notice was longer than expected, but the needed "adjustment"/repair was made + an inspection for future needs, so we're satisfied w/ the good service.

Logan was friendly and attentive to my issues. He can to check with me while I sat waiting for the car to be serviced. I was not pressed to get services I didn't need, some service departments do that. I live much closer to another dealership but the ratings on Grant Pass were very good and I agree.

Staff was considerate in our timing when we had to leave the hotel & when our car would be ready. John was our transportation gentleman & was excellent in our needs of pickup. All the staff from scheduling to final 60,000 maintenance was excellent.

Oil changed (early) & tires aired up to 55 psi, but I had to remind them (twice) to NOT rotate the tires. Data entered into the service invoice was not accurate. Odometer reading was entered incorrectly, and tire pressure data was also not entered.
