I pulled up to the service drive that had 2 garage doors. The one on the left opened and a green arrow started to flash so I drove in (stupid me). There was some sort of camera system that I drove through slowly, I then parked the truck and got out. The service writer came over and immediately started to reprimand and berate me asking what was wrong with me. I told him that I had a head light out with no appointment and asked if they had time to fit me in. He told me I can't drive through that door because that machine is a half a million dollars. If I would have hit it it would have been really bad, he had a lot more to say too. I said that door was the one that opened and a green light came on, what did you think was going to happen? He had more of a mini melt down and told me there was supposed to be a cone in front of the door. I said again, can you help me with the headlight or not because none of this is my problem or fault. After some time he agreed to help with the headlight and oil change. When I got the truck back it had a check engine light on. I didn't want to go back in to address because of the stellar customer service skills. Unfortunately, I had to go back in to have them fix it because a check engine light also means no cruise control. They unplugged the mass airflow sensor and didn't bother to plug it back in.
So at the end of the day I was told how stupid I was for following a green light, did get my headlight fixed, but had to spend more time there with extra issues.

I dropped my truck off for a transmission service (flush and filter change). They gave me a ride home and called me when it was done, which was the same day. They only charged me what they had quoted beforehand. No surprise charges!
