We live out of town and I had previously scheduled an appointment with North Strand Nissan. I did not realize I had scheduled for North Strand until I showed up at Grand Strand. I admitted it was my mistake and was ready to drive to the other location but they were willing to help me and took my vehicle in the bay right away. They were fast and efficient. Thank you!

On vacation in Myrtle Beach.. Glass hinges broke on rear glass of my Armada. Grand Strand Nissan replaced hinges and associated hardware ahead of schedule !! They even gave me a shuttle ride home after dropping Armada off.. Madelynne at service counter was Awesome !!!
