Gotta be one of the worst ford service departments in the country. Took it in for an oil change, tire rotation, and zakteck protective coating. 5.5 hours and I got my truck back all scratched and scuffed up from the buffer. Will never buy a vehicle here again

Never being able to get out of here without paying $200+ each time. Was $223 for just an oil change, tire rotation, and new windshield wipers. I asked them to make sure that the air pressure in all of the tires were the same after they rotated them but the one low tire was still low and I ended up airing it up myself.

I came in for my complementary oil change. No free loaner car provided. It took about 2 1/2 hours which was expected. Service technician was hospitable. They tend to sell up other items during my visit.I used them before on my mother's collision repair and service was great.

The service team including Sergio were amazing and they got me in and out and solved my problem quickly. They also gave me advice which saved me money on my previous service from another ford dealership. There was something I paid for that should have been run through my extended warranty but the other dealership didn't do that, so thank you so much Sergio!!!

"This was my second time bringing my vehicle in for warranty repairs, and both times I was left without a loaner vehicle even though my warranty and maintenance plan covers it. I was also told the repair wasn't covered, which was frustrating and unclear. While the staff was polite, the lack of transparency and failure to honor the warranty benefits was very disappointing." I will proceed with caution.

What I didn't like was that the two catalytic converters in my 2018 F150 went bad. Luckily I had an extended warranty but bad newsit didn't cover the converters. My service advisor was able to get two other issues paid for by the warranty at least saving me a bit of money. I appreciate his efforts to bring the cost down for me.

My service was very slow. They did find the alignment out just slightly at 19k mile mark which made a routine service extend to 5 hours. After getting home, I discovered two fasteners on the front skid plate loose. I also saw a lot of residual oil on the top of the engine and some on the bottom of the engine. I looked at everything and I'm hoping nothing else is loose or not right. Not pleased with this service.
