I was updated on-line with progress and at completion I was given a video of my vehicle inspection along with a comprehensive evaluation in writing.

Got a follow up call from the service desk to give an update, and in the end they worked the fix in as part of a tire rotation and only charged us for that. Great experience. Yes. Unfortunately, the dealership is too far away to do business with. I was told that if I purchased something it would have to be shipped and I wasn't interested in that process. Nevertheless, the gentleman that I spoke with was very pleasant and helpful.

the shop was proactive on descovering the gasket problem and requested to do the service; I did not have to approach them on it. They promptly took the car to start the repair and provided us with a loaner car comparable to the car being service. Excellent customer service.
