I am always greeted courteously by any and all the staff. The waiting area is comfortable and clean. They also have a coffee bar with 'Fresh Baked' cookies. They do a detailed inspection on my vehicle and then shows me what may need service in the near future. They also do a mini cleaning in the interior.

Horrible, did not reset oil light because they said they did not have tool. I was only told this after I got home and light is still on. They said take to dealer to have them reset. I would of had oil changed at dealer if they told me that when I made appointment. I'll never go back!!

Called for an oil change and they were able to get me in immediately. Friendly and courteous service personnel. They also do a service check on multiple functions of your vehicle and show a report on when some future servucing may need to be done. I appreciate this service as I am an eldery widow. They also give a courteous interior and exterior cleanup. They have a complimentary coffee bar with homemade cookies.

They do a great job servicing your vehicle. They keep you informed about what's been checked and give you a condition sheet when service is completed. When you get your vehicle back it vacuumed and washed.

The E-mail that I got said that the oil change was for up to 6 Qts. of synthetic oil and filter. for 19.99. but when we finished it was like 60.00 for the oil change. when we ask we were told that it was only for Nissan cars. Thant is just wrong.
