My car had a routine service. As well as a recall fix. This was all handled wonderfully. Also an issue getting myself connected to my car. Several sales people worked on getting my connection to work, trying many things. By the end of the day we got it! They made sure I did not drive back home with the computer not working properly. I'm very grateful for everyone that assisted me to make sure the car, and myself, were good to go.

Terrible communication from the service team my car sat for 3+ weeks I Always had to call and get updated they never reached out that it was sitting in the parking lot due to lack of Service staff. I did have a loaner just a call to keep a person updated would have been nice.

This was a simple oil change and replacing wires that an animal had gnawed through, disabling my oil sensor. These were fixed, BUT for some reason, when I left I found my cruise control was disabled. Turned right around and they had to reset some codes, which fixed the problem, but was a problem that shouldn't have occurred in the first place

Took 2 hours to do an oil change, they didn't even do a multipoint inspection and they did a tire rotation without my consent so I got charged more. I asked them to check something on my tire pressure monitor and all they did was reset it which I told them I had done countless times, sure enough the error came back on as I drove off the lot. They are consistently bad.

My son actually bought the car I looked at. It has an issue they obviously knew about because you can see the part trail. I understand the signed "as is" paper but this is quite shady. I've dealt with other dealers who said bring it back and they take care of it. Lost trust here.
