Very disappointing. No one cares to help you if they're not assigned to you. Hard to find someone who is willing to help you when picking up car. Also no detailed explanation of what issues found. I will not go back to this service location. Find another dealer.

I appreciate that Dane Ishii has an attitude of putting the customer first. He was able to list other repairs he thought might be time to consider doing, but didn't pressure me to do so. I have been to Goudy Honda many times over the past 15 years and I do not question the quality of the repair and maintenance work that they perform. But to allow the customer to think for himself is just as important as the actual work being performed.

We took it in for a faulty fuel pump part recall. Made an appt at 10, dropped off the car, they said theyll call. No estimate time. They didnt call that day. We called them the next morning, they said oh yeah, its done. Room for improvement on the communication piece.
