The camera was not replaced and I have gotten zero updates or feedback on the status of the part on order since the date of service. This dealer is very difficult to communicate with. The individuals in the shop are good, doing their job, but the management and front desk don't listen or communicate important updates when needed.

Tony Garbo (sales) and the service team go above and beyond. The service team took a video of what they saw wrong and made suggestions to fix it. It was great to get the video of what was wrong. They fixed it after we spoke to them about it and the cost. The also cleaned our 2019 Lincoln Navigator inside and out. It is worth our 1ht drive one way for such great service and trust.

Boucher did an excellent job of keeping us informed throughout the repair process. There were extra parts needed when with disassembly some brackets cracked. We with given credit/ not charged for replacement brackets. Very honest. Would recommend them to everyone.

I had my F150 serviced for all the preventive maintenance of 100,000. That included plugs, fuel injection cleaning , all the fluids, refill the cooling system for -35 , rotate the tires etc. They covered it all at what I thought was a good price. The people in the service department are great to work with. I have referred them to others.

Asked them to check my battery because it was 5 years old. they said it checked out fine. then 3 days later the car wouldn't start. AAA replaced the battery. The positive battery terminal was completely corroded. A 9th grade auto shop student wouldn't have missed that.

I was able to establish an appointment convenient for my schedule. I asked how long the service would take when making the appointment. When learning the time needed I said that I would wait for the vehicle . The service was actually done in less than the allotted time and they called me. Everything was completed as required. The staff are very pleasant and helpful. It makes doing business there less stressful.

Ever since I purchased my vehicle on 4/18/19, I've had continuous problems and they have treated me so poorly ever since I had made a complaint. I used to service my prior car since it's right across the street from my work and they would be very delightful but now that they sold me a car that was rarely taken care of and failed to inform me they had replaced the timing chain, they treat me like a stranger.

GREAT SERVICE AT THE FRONT DESK. EXCEPT THIS WAS THE SECOND TIME MY ENGINE AIR FILTER CONTAINER WAS NOT SHUT CORRECTLY SO I HAD TO BRING IT BACK IN TO GET THAT CHANGED. AND ALSO, SOMEONE KEEPS FORGETTING TO PUT ALL OF MY O-RINGS BACK ON MY TIRES BECAUSE THIS WAS ALSO THE SECOND TIME THAT ONE WAS MISSING AND THEY DON'T JUST FALL OFF WHILE DRIVING.
