We brought in our 2020 F150 for the works. My wife arrived at 7am and didn't get out of the shop until 9.45. She was 2 hours late for work. Lake Ford had done this service for us in the past and never was more than 1 hour. We live in Gtown so Boucher is more convenient. Next service we will have to drop vehicle off so you have it all day.

Very good service from start to finish for factory recommended service on my 2019 Ranger. Service advisor didn't try to sell up any extras, quality work was performed and completed on time, and with their coupons they are very cost competitive to other shops. Been going to Boucher Ford for over 10 years for service work and repair of my Fords and never had a problem. Their new sales and service building is awesome too.

Thought part of the total package oil change was checking tire pressures. You replaced 1 tire due to the road hazard guarantee because you couldn't make a repair. Very happy with Mike, service repair with making this work. But when I got home I checked my tire pressure and my front left tire was at 23.5lbs not 33

Well My service was great cause my Escape went in for an oil change and got a wheel alignment. When They found out what happened they gave me my oil change and comped me for the alignment and only charged me for my oil and comped the service.

They were able to determine the cause of the harsh shifting at times and had the truck back to me in a timely manner.
