I have always received great service with Goodguys. They check my battery for free and confirmed what the dealer told me. (Wanted to be sure dealer wasn't trying to tack on unnecessary expense) Battery checked and replaced in about 20 min. and I'm sure I paid less than the dealer would have charged. The guys I dealt with were both very pleasant to talk to.

Took car to dealer for recalls and maintenance, amounting to a significant cost. Replacement of brakes were recommended, instead went to Goodguys. The inspection showed could last around another 10,000 miles! Staff was friendly, and prompt. Will be going back for future purchases and services.

I brought my Dodge Ram into Good guys because nail in my tire. Store Manager Anthony checked the date he sold me Cooper tires, about a year ago and found they were eligible for free tire rotation. This store has the best customer service with the most professional staff. I let everyone I know about the 5 star service at Good guys on Blackstone.
